Anger and it's consequence

Anger is a strong emotion.  It can take you from a good place to the worse place in a matter of seconds.  If anger is not controlled, it will eventually control the one who carries it.  We are interesting, intelligent and powerful people, yet it seems we become powerless when anger shows up.  Don't relinquish your power!  Anger isn't worth your life, nor is it worth the precious moments that slip away because of it. 

The bible tells us that it's okay to be angry, however it also states not to allow the anger to cause us to sin.  Are you angry?
