We Are Family--or Nah

Family is considered those who are closest to us.  Sometimes family members are blood related, but often family can include others who are not.  The thought of family can evoke feelings of warmth, or disdain.  In our discussion, we'll talk about how some family members do things that make us feel like superstars AND when they do and say things that are hurful.  We'll address what traits really make family.  We'll also talk about what to do with difficult family members and what it takes to maintain family ties.  Lastly, we'll talk about the effect of social medial on family relationships.
