As the business evolved, Mr. Rickert saw the need for funding real estate deals fast.  He founded Titan Capital Holdings as plave where individuals or companies can invest money for a 8 to 10 % return.  The money is then lent short term to real estate investors, secured by the property, so they can act fast to buy an investment property.

Realizing that real estate investors purchase more than 50% of homes sold, Rick launched the Look Inside Realty franchise.  This franchise allows the owner to participate as a full service real estate company like a Keller Williams or ReMax franchise, but also provide investors the services they need to turn over their properties.
