Today's social climate has revealed more than a lion's share of racist injustices, discriminatory behaviors, and hate crimes, making it impossible to ignore. One small sliver of positivity in these revelations is that many agencies, legislators, and other regulatory officials are implementing laws of consequence and accountability, disallowing certain terms and practices to be in place, and more people are learning the history behind some common phrases that help them improve the way they approach a situation. This aims to put more respect in our interaction when dealing with each other's diversities in the hope of improving humanity as a whole.

However, in our zealous efforts to bring about positive change, many people are still unclear as to what constitutes racism, discrimination, or disrespect because periodically an individual may confuse their personal dislike or refusal to change as someone violating their human rights or their culture or miscategorize it as discrimination or racism.Tune in tonight at 10 pm EST as we address some of those instances and clear up what qualifies as discrimination and what is mandatory for our society to move along harmoniously despite our diversities.
