SPECIAL THANKS TO KIM MILTON

The COVID-19 pandemic sparked huge campaigns that openly address the importance of addressing mental health concerns. This amazing breakthrough in progress has definitely emboldened people to admit their concerns and actually address them without shame or stigma. Despite the myriad of options being openly offered, today’s youth are falling victim to mental health tragedies at an alarmingly elevated rate. Even more alarming is the fact that these tragedies are claiming victims at much younger ages. Juvenile mental health concerns are finally being given attention, but has society eliminated the role that simple growing pains play in our youth’s behavior in their effort to address mental health? Is there a bigger rush to find a clinical diagnosis than a conflict resolution? Call in with your thoughts @347-327-9967 at 10 pm EST.
