The Daily Kaya radio show is an easy, powerful way to maintain our Frequency Upgrade. It has been carefully designed to support a regular spiritual practice. Ideal for individuals who have had a session with Kaya Usher and cleaned up their space and reset. It is also an affirmative informative experience for those new to her Frequency work. The show encourages positive momentum through daily reinforcement, which leads to sustainable growth.

The Daily Kaya radio show is broadcast in two parts: mornings @ 8am and evenings @ 9pm.

MORNING (8am) Eastern Standard Time, U.S. & CAN
Each morning, Kaya Usher will select, answer and discuss a question or topic that individuals have sent in Have a question? Or a topic you would like discussed?

After a question or topic has been discussed, Kaya Usher will lead a Frequency Upgrade. The morning session is designed to get people opened up and into the space, where they feel in-powered to move forward and have an optimum day.

EVENING (9pm) Eastern Standard Time, U.S. & CAN
In the evening session, Kaya Usher will select a question or topic from listeners to discuss and then gently shut the day down. She will Usher in a peace, harmony and closure of the day, so that listeners will move into a space of restful sleep.
