While many of us are preoccupied with the toils and cares of our day, others look beyond and see the imperative of discussing humankind’s inevitable colonization of the Earth’s Moon.

Why: In this first edition, we will discuss various points of view as to why this will and is occurring.

What: When we talk about colonizing we mean the development of sustainable communities.  Mining, exploration and discovery will be the primary emphasis as well as study and observation of our home planet.  What will the social environment be?

Who: Should colonization be public, private or a combination of both?  Should any effort be encouraged or discouraged and what are the groups most likely to cooperate?  Who will be in charge of setting up and enforcing the rules of conduct.

How: Will development be politically or economically stimulated?  How should we go about constructing the rules of conduct?
