In this episode, Jeff Norman lays out his argument as to why the Citizens United case was decided correctly. It’s a controversial position that conflicts with the feelings of many Justice Party members. Jeff believes corporate influence must be greatly reduced, but contends the goal can’t be accomplished by restricting independent expenditures.
