There have been complaints about the way the Latino and African-American communities are policed.  Documentary evidence indicates Caucasian communities are not policed in the same aggressive manner.  Additionally, African-American police officers have complained they receive harsher disciplinary sanctions than Caucasian officers.  What impact if any, have African-American police officials made in changing the way communities of color are policed, and in stopping differential treatment of African-American police officers.
