Do you know what foods stimulate your body?  Do you know what foods calm your body?  Michelle and Lauren will have a discussion on Calming and de-Stressing Foods.  We all are moving really fast these days and can't seem to grab a hold of quiet.  Maybe the foods that are being ingested have something to do with it.    Here is the list..
