Have you ever witnessed a wrongful death in a facility? Suicides within the System are always wrongful deaths, these indeed involve "foul play," by mental health professionals, i.e. "staff," as we well know.

Current patients, ex-patients, hospital roommates, current workers in facilities, nurses, housekeeping staff, ex-workers, family, friends, cops, neighbors, teachers, spouses, journalists, lawyers, therapists, ex-therapists, and the like.

There is a risk each time we exercise our Freedom of Speech even though these crimes should never have happened. Be prudent of the possibility of retaliation. I (and Blog Talk Radio) am not responsible for any later consequences.
