When I picked-up Geoffrey Tumlin's book Stop Talking - Start Communicating, I was immediately reminded of the Seinfeld episode in which George Costanza found his long elusive success and happiness by doing the opposite of everything his instincts told him to do.

The reason for drawing a parallel between Constanza and the Tumlin book is that the book seems to be suggesting that we do the same thing making recommendations that we "play dumb", "be boring", "blow things off" and "don't be yourself".

In short, doing the exact opposite of everything we have ever heard or have been taught.

Joining me today to talk about this paradoxical universe of new found opportunity and success in Geoffrey Tumlin.
