Today, appropriately enough, it’s all about the new: New ways of eating, new ways of getting our culinary stuff in order, new endeavors for a world-renown chef. Professional organizer Marsha Sims helps us whip all the those recipes we’ve torn out of the newspaper or scribbled on the back of envelopes into usable shape; Sharanya Prasad will talk about eating humanely, when it comes to the chicken and the egg; and chef Norman Van Aken is coming to town to go one-on-one with Emeril, in addition to opening a new restaurant in a town that loves him – Miami.
