SECOND AMENDMENT BATTLE HEATS UP IN NEW YORK

This week's show will be about the growing resistance to the very restrictive, unconstitutional gun legislation (NYSAFE ACT) recently passed by the NY State legislature and signed into law by Governor Coumo in the middle of the night.  The Liberty Movement groups in New York have become united by this serious threat to their Second Amendment rights and are gradually stepping up the pressure on legislators.  Local town boards, city mayors, county legislatures, police organizations, including the NYS State Sheriffs Association have come out against most provisions of the new law. Constitutional legal challenges to the new gun control law have been instituted by several organizations via lawsuits. 

 

Pro-Gun rallies are being held all over the country including a large, upcoming rally scheduled at the State Capital in Albany NY on Tuesday February 12th.  To show the national importance that the NY Gun Control Law has on the American people's Second Amendment rights, Stuart Rhodes, the founder of the rapidly growing OATHKEEPERS organization, is coming to New York to speak at the rally and to give NY Liberty groups some national support. The growing number of veterans, active and retired local police, State Troopers, Deputy Sheriffs and firefighters joining the Oath Keepers organization insures that the OathKeepers will be a strong force on the front lines of this battle.
