We kick off our Women in Snow month with Jeannie Schenderline. 

Schenderline is the President of JEFFCO Grounds Maintenance in Anchorage AK.  She has been in the snow and ice management business since 1990 and in her current position since 1992.

Anchorage offers its own kind of challenges with JEFFCO servicing customers in a wide variety of weather, from freezing rain storms to 3 foot snow falls all occurring within a 24 hour period.  This year was a record breaking year for winter in Alaska with almost two thirds of the year having snowfall.
