Soul Joel Lifestyles Radio Christina Carty Autism Speaks

Soul Joel has done high-energy stand-up comedy shows all over the Northeast.  He created his own radio show in  NY, called “The Comedy Point”, now in Burlington County, South Jersey, on WIFI 1460 AM. Scott Chamberlin is the co-founder of Soul Joel Productions.

The show provides a wide range of opinions from guests and co-hosts alike while keeping it light and humorous. Soul Joel's quick wit, magnetic personality and charm make him the perfect radio host.

Lifestyles Radio, hosted by Soul Joel, with producer/ writer Burak Uzun, is a part of Lifestyles for the Disabled and features comedians with disabilities. Their successful mission is the empowerment of adults with disabilities through media education and focusing on their abilities.

Christina Carty serves as the Executive Director of the Greater Delaware Valley Chapter of Autism Speaks, overseeing Chapter activities. She works with staff and volunteer leaders to support the organization’s mission: research, awareness, family services, and advocacy. 

The Chapter raises $1.3 million annually through the Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey Walk Now for Autism Speaks and the Ride for Autism Speaks Philadelphia, with   more than 20,000 participants. They provide valuable resources and fun for the autism community. 

Ms. Carty has over ten years experience in non-profit management.  Previously, she served as the Regional Walk Director. She also served as the Development Director for the Epilepsy Foundation of Eastern PA and the MBF Center, and as the Director of Donor Relations for the University of Penn’s Law School.
