My first guest is Janet Powers, entrepreneur, speaker and radio show host. She is the Founder, President and Chief Executive Diva of the Diva Toolbox.

Diva Toolbox has become the go-to spot online for women to connect with and support other women. Women can find information, inspiration and resources they need in every aspect of their lives.

In 2009, Janet launched the Diva Toolbox Radio Network which hosts radio shows including her own: "Across the Kitchen Table With Janet". She’s been featured in the media including The View, New York Post, The Boston Herald, and many others.

Janet is the recipient of the 2010 President’s Call to Service Award and was nominated for the NAFE Outstanding Entrepreneur Award. Her passion to help women connect with women led her to develop partnerships with Pitchrate.com, Blog Talk Radio and more.

My second guest is Suzanne Venker, a freelance writer author of The Flipside of Feminism: What Conservative Women Know—and Men Can’t Say.

She’s appeared on hundreds of radio shows throughout the US including ABC, CNN, FOX, C-Span, PAX, EWTN. Suzanne's work has appeared in Human Events, National Review, World Net Daily, and the New York Post.

Suzanne writes guest commentary for World Net Daily and the New York Post. Venker's also a regular contributor at NewsReal.

Her writing tends toward the provocative, as evidenced by her first book: 7 Myths of Working Mothers, which argues that young children and demanding careers are incompatible. Her book is a Main Selection of Bookspan's American Compass Book Club and is listed on Jeff Rubin’s Guide to Best Conservative Books.
