Nancy Mramor Ph.D. is an award winning author, international speaker and a Media and Health Psychologist. Her award winning book, Spiritual Fitness won the same award as the Dalai Lama’s book that same year. She has been on the faculty of 5 Pennsylvania Universities and has been an invited speaker at the American Psychological Association, The International Conference on Behavioral Medicine and the International Health Psychology Association as well as hundreds of programs for organizations, universities, schools and hospitals. She is the recipient of a grant from the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center to produce a DVD on Hypnosis for Health
