Janet Fouts is a powerhouse of information and resources. She's written - or co-written - two books that have come out in as many years. She knows what she's talking about: starting her journey by creating Web sites for the cooking community to being an ardent early adopter and using her love and understanding of social media to coach business and nonprofits alike on how to be successful. I am lucky enough to sit on the board of Social Media Club San Francisco / Silicon Valley and often share stories about what's working, what's not - and how we can make a difference by helping through education.
