It all starts with the Intent to file to preserve the effective date of a claim. Once that is done, the Veteran has one year to build the groundwork. The Intent to file is a very important step. We bring in Ray Cobb and James Cripps to explain their experiences with this process.

Ray is the former Post Commander of the American Legion post  44 in Winchester TN. 

James Cripps is the Founder of the United States Veterans Alliance.

James is the first American to win his Agent Orange Exposure claim based on Exposure inside the us. 

Ray is the second veteran to win hos Agent POrange claim based on exposure inside the US.
