What's your agenda? Tune in Wednesdays from 8-9 pm EST as your host James Hipps, the managing editor of gayagenda.com brings you the latest in LGBT news and issues with special guest. Tonight's guest is Mr. Neal McCluskey of the CATO Institute and the subject is freedom of speech vs. bullying. On they topic of anti-bullying laws, Mr. McCluskey says this: “The real danger is how this will be interpreted. The definition of harassment could be broadly interpreted that anybody who expressed a totally legitimate opinion about homosexual behavior could be made illegal.” “That’s a violation of those kids who want to express opposition to LGBT opinions or behavior. People have a legitimate reason to be concerned about this — not because they’re ‘haters’ but because you’re now trying to balance different rights.” So, is bullying protected by the first amendment? Be part of the show and let us know!
