We are doing five days talking about different styles of journaling 

Today we should have our note book second get out mind right and third write down one thing that comes to your mind 

So often we don't challenge ourselves to do what is necessary to move thru journaling 

As often as you write you should be journaling because thru journaling you can write anything and do anything 

So if you write it you must believe it and if you don't believe it you should be real with you and write it
