today did you not know we have different styles of journaling 

Journaling is helping you at times and you didn't even know it 

Today we are running thru journaling and it takes a special person to journal but not everybody can journal 

How are you journaling through theses styles and are you creating new ways or you just walking thru with out recognizing journaling is important? 

Through my journaling God has helped me thru process God has designed a process for all of us and there is nothing you can do but journal
