Free Your Mind.......And the Rest Will Follow

It's time to free our minds in THE CONVERSATION ROOM! Before you enter this week, take a moment to reflect on what it is that has your mind shackled. Is it a job, the lack of a job, your family, your career, your man, your woman?? What about these things makes you feel weighted? Be honest with yourself. Make sure to look in the mirror when you are reflecting as well. Once your mind is free, imagine what it is you want to follow. Lets discuss both ends of this spectrum and let's get flowing.
