Interview: Dijit Media CEO, Jeremy Toeman, Discusses his Company's Acquisition by Viggle

Last week, social-TV loyalty-program company, Viggle, acquired Dijit Media, a company best known for its programming guidance app, NextGuide, and its TV tune-in tool, the Dijit Reminder Button. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. News of the acquisition came a little more than a month after Viggle announced the acquisition of Wetpaint, a social publisher that specializes in providing content to TV fans, for $30 million in cash and stock.
