Two topics I stay away from on my Facebook page  and that is:   Diet & Religion

I am always eating low carb. The  low carb diet is only way I can control my wieght and blood sugar. 

But I've kicked up to Keto Diet!

This week while going thru ketosis, I was reminiscing on how my mom would have planned dinner menu, and  how I wished she would have listened  to the TV commercial "Wednesday is Prince Spaghetti Day"
