Who is Desert Poets Moving Company?  Their name says it all. Two artists, Megan McDonald and Frankie Commans, from the Arizona desert whose greatest desire is to move their listeners.  Formed in early 2013 they have
released seven singles with 6 more currently in production and signed and released their debut album this year.

Everything you see and hear is their own work, from the writing/ and performing through production and marketing. DPMC’s hope is to combine their efforts with a label who will allow them to express the music inside, while still giving guidance to produce the highest art form possible:  Music that Moves!

To Die or Not to Die for a Green Card! The eternal comedy that is the immigration system, brought to life! The movie that ridicules the phony L.A. scene and the bitches that celebrate it! Come feel the rage! It's a real-life story; an immigration fairy-tale!
When Helena needs to get her passport to take on a lucrative modeling job in Paris, she goes to her shady mobster pals to help.  But will the Feds catch on? Will her lone friend, the renegade pizza-guy-rock star Auto, be able to save the day? Or will he lose his mind having to deal with the bullshit L.A. lifestyle?

Thus is the premise of the 2013 Audience NIYY Award comedy/drama film, L.A. Superheroes, written, produced, co-directed and starring Yelena Popovic.

Yelena’s story is not the typical one we think of when it comes to immigrants, however she faced many of the same issue that are being debated today and her film gives a different perspective on the subject. Yelena lives in Beverly Hills with her husband, Alexandros Potter and their daughter
