Christley Block, is the third full length album by Chicago’s The Differents. Recorded between the summer of 1999 and early 2002, it has finally been released this year and is definitely the book end to the band’s older recorded efforts. Originally intended to be a demo session, band leader Lou Hallwas decided it should be released exactly ‘as is!

There was something about the vibe in the room during the recording and the natural camaraderie between band and Recorder/Mixer, Chris Lordots, that it just wouldn’t be the same if re-recorded.

The Differents features Chris Meziere on bass, Dan Garrity on drums and Lou Hallwas on guitar and vocals. They are now readying new material for a fourth album while fans revel in having this talented group of artists back and performing; five years was much too long a time to wait.

Michele Jennae has always considered herself a connector and a networker. She realized  there are people who are natural connectors but who don’t network in the business sense. They are genuinely warm people who like people. Then, there are the networkers who are at every meeting but just don’t seem to connect.

Michele Jennae wanted to bridge the gap and write a story illustrating how to be both at the same time and came up with The Connectworker. Having long been a fan of the popular business parable books like “The Go Giver” by Bob Burg, “Raving Fans” and “Whale Done” by Ken Blanchard, her goal was to write a story in similar fashion; short, entertaining and illustrative of the business principles she wanted to portray!

Building on over 20 years of professional experience in a variety of sales roles, Michele has crafted a story you are sure to love.
