Brenda Brown brings musical guest David O'Connor's  ‘If Wishes Were Horses’ to our listeners, Co-written by Fran Stone & Pat Cushe this original power ballad continues to receive much acclaim and airplay as well as being part of the soundtrack for romantic-comedy film Love a la Carte, which releases this winter in the USA. O’Connor recently won the award for ‘Best Folk Singer 2012’ from the Irish World in London on October 20th

David released his second single,'The Water Is Wide’ and successfully launched  his debut album ‘Shores Of Somewhere’ on Nov 22nd. 

Kenneth Weene introduces Author, LaDonna Smith, who by the age of 29, experienced physical, mental, sexual and emotional abuse, homelessness and suicidal thoughts. 

LaDonna has worked with The Dr. Michael Eric Dyson Show, The Bernie McCain Show, Justine Love Sex Talk and Slow Jams, Community Affairs with David Haynes. She is the Events Coordinator and on the Board of Directors for the Black Writer’s Guild of Maryland, Inc. and a member of the Maryland Business Roundtable Speaker’s Bureau. Her book,  I Married Satan, has also been listed on Essence Magazine’s www.essence.com. She is the Editor and Founder of G.R.A.Y. Magazine, and G.R.A.Y. TV Show. In  March, 2013 she will be releasing the exciting info-tainment follow up to “I Married Satan” called “Oh! Is That Why I Am Still Single?” She also hopes to release her children’s book “Hannah’s Song: A Musical Approach to Potty Training” in 2013 as well.
