What do you do when the public school system fails you pt2??

Last Thursday i spoke on a young 14 year old brotha by the name of Andrew Joseph III. A who was basically Kidnapped by The Hillsborough County Sheriff dep. While attending the state fair on student day, The officers not only kidnapped him and removed him from the fair w/o reason. They also stripped him of his clothing searched for gang tattoos of which he had ''NONE'' Along with that he was interrorgated. All w/o his parents being notified. After they determined that he had no involvement or wrong doing. They placed him in a patty wagon transported him to a busy roadway and released. Where he was later struck and killed by a 19 year old white male, Who has previous records of wreckless driving and the list goes on... So you'd think he'd be held responsible right???? WRONG! He's servining 45 days in jail and probation and drug alcohol and shoplifting classes. Now i ask you does this really seem like Justice????
