In this episode we discuss the “Crossover”. This is where athletes enter multiple divisions within a contest. We talk about why we offer the crossover in the IPL, and how to prepare for multiple divisions.

This list of hybrid athletes includes Caroline Tsutakawa who is a Masters Pro in Bikini, Sports Model, Fitness Angels & Evening Gown. Monica Corona-Hunter who is a Pro in Bikini, Sports Model, & Women's Athletic. Lylian Muttakyawa who is a Pro in Bikini, Sports Model, Fitness Angels, and Evening Gown. And we have Cobe Mouton who is a Pro in Bodybuilding & Men’s Athletic.
