Private Investigator`s role on Child Custody Case

Parents need to ne aware of the effect an investigator`s evidence can have upon a court. Following the first precect of Florida "Best interest of the child", the investigators role would include establishing the health and safety of the child and not themselves engaging and any activity that would have negative effect on this.
