There is a lot of tough talk going on in Washington, DC: "We are going to stop the flow of refugees!"  "We need to declare war on ISIS and take them out!" Blah, blah, blah... How many people honestly believe either one of these actions will actually take place? Does anyone really think we have a President and a Congress who can/will take a unified effort to solve these two issues? It will happen when this Southern Baptist Southern Boy becomes Pope.
