Armed guards and pistol tote'n Pastors: The Modern Church; Open Carry Laws

When I was a youngster I can remember the fire and brimstone Pastor Sam Purgiser. I can see him pounding the lectern and yelling at the top of his voice "Come into the Lord's House for the healing and safety of God's everlasting love and salvation!"  Today, many pastors are adding "...but, just in case bring your sidearm."

Jump "In the Pickle Barrel" as we take a look at this phenomena. Joining us will be Steve Cooper, SLED/NRA Cerified Trainer, Personal Security Trainer, Certified Firearms Trainer and Veteran. Steve and his company Paladin Firearm Training, Inc are in the process of doing specialized training for churches and staff following the horrible events in Charleston, South Carolina. We will also be looking at various laws and proposed legislation covering the right to carry issues.
