                                                    The Trump Effect

In early 2016 the Southern Poverty Law Center surveyed over 10,000 teacher across America to assess the impact of the Presidential campaign on school climate.  Approximately 2,000 teachers responded indicating increased fear and anxiety among students of color and inflamed racial and ethnic tensions.

Maureen Costello, Director of Teaching Tolerance and member of the Southern Poverty Law Center, enters the BULLPEN to  discuss the findings of this controversial report.
