Interspiritual Insights: Appreciating Differences

There is a part of us that would like everything and everybody to be exactly the same, and that fact that simply isn't the case doesn't change our dream. In our more reflective moments, we might admit that the world would be a pretty boring place if we were all the same. In fact, an honest look at our family and friends reveals a fairly broad range of differences. What's our problem? It is instinct, laziness, fear, other factors, or some combination of the above?
