It seems the entire country is up in arms over the acquittal of George Zimmerman, so much so that some people haven't taken a breath in days and seem to be losing all perspectiveescallating into a rage that is neither accurate nor healthy. In response to all of the emotion bating, people who have no connection to the case are being beaten by other people with no connection to the case "for Trayvon." Today we talk about what we can be sure of about this case, and - much more importantly - how to take care of ourselves at a time like this. How do we deal with our anger? How much media is enough?
