What is happening in the State of Kentucky. Why is Kentuky one of 5 States that allow bestiality? Bestiality is where a human has sex with an animal.   Why did the State of Kentucky not pass the bill just recently on making bestiliaty a felony? Something is very wrong with the mindset of those that sit in office.  Is it because the KFB & the Kentucky Houndsmen don't want the bill to go through? Why do you think that is?  Many concerned animal lovers are scratching their heads.

Fast forward to March 2018.  Randy Skaggs, a longtime resident of Elliott County was recently arrested on 179 counts of animal cruelty.  Why did it take so long?  According to witnesses, this has been going on for many years.  Why are the local officials so afraid of this monster? Why did one local official, Darren Fannin tell me that he never went to the property? How can a so called official turn their backs on this? Is it possible we are dealing with highly corrupt individuals that would rather turn their back, then face the problem head on?  Take a look at the conditions of how these animals are living.  Head over to this page. We need outside agencies to help. The suffering of these animals have gone on way too long. 179 counts of animal cruelty and the local and State Departments are turning a blind eye.  Please join us for Part 1 of this disturbing case of animal neglect, animal abuse and animal bestiality.
