INSIDE OUT: Stahsha

Stahsha has been interested in the Healing Arts her entire life. She's sure a large part of her passion for health and healing is genetic. Her 95 year old Grandmother, who along with raising 9 children and being an elementary school teacher, is a walking encyclopedia of Natural Health, and was a pioneer in the Vitamin movement. Stahsha's Grandfather was the GP in his small town in New Jersey, and her Father and sister are both Medical Doctors. In the field of natural health, she has studied and practiced many modalities over the years. She has praticed yoga since she was 18. She was an active member of the Mount Madonna Center in Northern California, under the guidance of silent Yogi Baba Hari Das. She completed her yoga teacher training there in 1997. She completed an Herbal Medicine apprenticeship program in Upstate New York with Master Herbalist, WiseWoman and author, Susun S. Weed. She has studied and practiced Goddess-based spirituality with many WiseWomen, including Vicki Noble, Starhawk, Shekhinah Mountainwater, and Jeanine Parvati-Baker. She has deepened her Shamanic practice under the soulful guidance of 'Anum Cara', Michelle MacEwan, (Anum Cara means 'Soul Friend' in Gaelic). She has worked with Angel Intuitive, Christopher Dilts, for many years, and incorporates the Unconditional Love of the Angels into everything she does. She has studied Astrology with Master Astrologer Risa De Angelis, and is self-taught in Tarot cards and Numerology. She is a certified Reiki practitioner, Psych-K facilitator and student of Kaballah. She is available to share any and all of these modalities with you, as she seeks to bring growth, healing and balance to herself, to the planet and to each individual she is blessed to meet on her path.
