True Colors: A Transcendent Journey through Depression, Loss and Recovery.

Dr. Renee welcomes Todd Michael Willis to the Inner Revolution for a candid discussion about depression spousal loss, and attempted suicide. Todd and Dr. Renee will talk about their personal journeys and provide hope for anyone struggling with loss and emotional pain.

Todd is an amateur writer, openly and honestly narrating stories from his past, as well as writing poetry. He is a suicide survivor and widower who has been on a unique spiritual journey for the past two decades. Todd will share some of his inspirational writing throughout the show.

Todd is also a technical consultant with Ten2Eleven Business Solutions, LLC., with an educational background in music performance, composition, theory, and conducting. While at San Francisco State University, Todd organized the acclaimed Pacific Wind Ensemble, and later sang with The Starry Knights, an a capella doo-wop harmony group. At least one Saturday per month, Todd can be found on stage at The Mint Karaoke Lounge, sharing his love of music, song, and friendship.
