Changing our culture .

Psalms 78:9-10 - The children of Ephraim being armed and carrying bows, turned back in the day of battle.  They kept not the covenant of God, and refused to walk in is law; And forgat his works, and his wonders that he had shewed them.

The battles of the old testament were with bows and arrows. Their weapons were all natural.  They were not walking in the spirit, so they won that battles via natural means.  However, God was with them and led them to numerous victories.  He realized they were flesh and blood and had not received the power of the Holy Spirit , as it had not yet been given. Although the children of Ephraim had enough weapons to experience natural victories they drew back in the day of battles. Maybe they were not confident in their arsenals of weapons. Maybe they were afraid. Maybe they did not believe God.j Maybe they had mind trust but not heart trust. Maybe they just did not understand the superntural working of God's power.

Our weapons are not natural nor carnal, but they are spiritual.  We walk in the spirit therefore our weapons are spiritual. Our refusal or neglect to us what God (a Spirit) gave us shows us that we don't believe God, are ignorant of walking in the Spirit or we are fearful  of using what we are to use to defeat the enemy.
