Is it an eating disorder?  Is it PCOS?  Is it both?  How to know?  How in the world to get started on the path to better balance?

Janelle Fuchs, RD, LD, of the Emily Program, will be with us to share exactly how she does that in her work.

The Emily Program is a respected eating disorder program that has sent 3 of their dietitians through the inCYST training.  Angie Staples and Joan Giampaoli work at the original Emily Program center in metropolitan Minneapolis, and Janelle recently moved to Seattle to help open the new Emily Program center out West.

Janelle received her Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and completed her dietetic internship at Mount Mary College in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Janelle has worked in the eating disorders field for over five years, and recently moved to Seattle, WA for the opportunity to expand the Emily Program’s reach at our first out-of-state office. Janelle is passionate about helping her clients of all ages and sizes restore balance in their intricate relationships between health, food, and body image. She uses a non-diet, educational approach and supports her clients' innate abilities to eat intuitively. Janelle is also skilled in helping clients manage diet-related conditions such as PCOS and food allergies/sensitivities.
