Welcome!  It is our 100th Show!  Time to celebrate with Adele Arnesen, Host of "In The Moment!"  Truly a special time to think about our role in life.  What is happening all around us both at home and in the world can cause quite a challenge for each one of us.  What a headache can come upon us. 

Well, one part of our world,  The Natural World, brings such special ingredients for our challenges ....our headaches.
