Join us as we commemorate the third anniversary of the Affordable Care Act by discussing how the uninsured can benefit from the state and federal health insurance marketplace. The health insurance market will change forever beginning in October 2013, when state and federal health exchanges, as mandated under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, will open for small group and individual enrollment.
