Tuesday, December 10th  10am PST

Alysa Huppler-Poliak, is a vibrant full of life, inspirational and positive, budding entrepreneur. Sees life to inspire and motivate people. With heart felt dedication, she strives to support individuals in discovering their wholeness and passion. Alysa has overcome many challenges in her life, being born at 27 weeks weighing in at a hefty 980 grams; yes, that's a bit more than 2 pounds. At 7 yrs old, she was in a motor vehicle accident with her mother and was close to losing her life for a second time. As a result of the accident, she sustained a traumatic brain injury, and proceeded to undergo years of rehabilitating therapy to get back on track. Alysa, has experienced PTSD for the past 17 years and suffered from depression, manic behavior and emotional instability, requiring years of prescription medication to create stability.

Throughout the practice of Shiva -Shasta Tantric Yoga which encompasses holistic methodologies of yoga, meditation and mindfulness, she has recreated herself anew. Transforming and cultivating a solid foundation for herself, she has learned skillful means to support other young people who strive or want to strive for purpose, passion and impact in their own lives. Alysa is a trained passion test facilitator using the passion test as a foundational tool and trained by Janet Attwood herself. She loves to collaborate and excited to share her story with us.
