Al Diaz and co-host Diana Silva Share their insights on “the Silva Method”

Diana Silva Mendez is a native of Laredo, Texas, Diana is the youngest of José and Paula Silva’s ten children. She has a lifetime of knowledge of the Silva Method from sitting at her father’s knee and watching him lecture, consult and spread the word about his revolutionary program of self-help and personal growth enhancement.
