Al Diaz, Connie Dunn, Raul Rosiles share their insights on “Transformation”.

Contributing author of “Transformation” Connie Dunn grew up frequently ill, hypoglycemic, in braces and being told she would never walk. Connie found her life’s passion early on in life, dancing and pursuing holistic balance. Connie has been a dancer for 28 years, vegetarian, personal trainer and fitness instructor for 9 years, and a yoga instructor for six years. Connie holds a number of degrees and certifications including The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFFA), Yin Yoga with Paul Grilley, and YogaFit with Beth Shaw. Connie’s chapter is on Love in The Next Dimension of Awareness. In her chapter of the book she talks about removing layers that no longer serve us to reveal a deeper sense of the loving truth within our Spirit. Raul Rosiles is the founder of Soul Based Living; Raul had a moment of self realization as a four year old child. A voice said, “Always remember this moment.” Raul has practiced meditation for three hours per day for six years, was on the committee to create the event Live H2o United by Love in 2009, and is on the team creating the Global Illumination Celebrations which began Dec. 21 2009.
