Telemarketing SCUM: phoneprogold

at 7pm PST I received a recorded spam call, (206) 333 19xx, to my DO not CALL number from a company attempting to steer me to their site: phoneprogold dot com (DO not GO TO THE lik)
I promptly waited for the end of the call option to opt out. nada.I then pulled up a whois on the domain owner:

   Domain Name: PHONEPROGOLD.COM

   Domain servers in listed order:
      NS67.DOMAINCONTROL.COM
      NS68.DOMAINCONTROL.COM


1) It is a violation of federal law to contact those on the Do notcall list
2) It is further a violation to not provide the opt out at the call
3) It is a violation of Icann to provide a fake name
4) It is a violation of Godaddy's TOS to use their service for illegal means

Since this person is FAKE they wont mind when I report them to the Internal Revenue Service. no doubt their get rich quick scheme is making them alot of loot.Lets hope they are not violating more federal laws by being a tax evader.


Godaddy.com, do the right thing & dump them.
