IE Radio/Teri Takai, CIO, Department of Defense

Teri Takai is the CIO of the Department of Defense. In that role, she provides strategy, leadership, and guidance to create a unified information management and technology vision for the Department and to ensure the delivery of information technology based capabilities required to support the broad set of Department missions. Previously, Ms. Takai was the CIO for the State of California where she helped modernize and transform the way the state does business with its citizens.
