Rachael Chong left investment banking for the world of microfinance. She helped start-up the USA branch of BRAC, mobilizing skills-based volunteers to provide financial services and other support to the poor, especially in Asia and Africa.
Following the success of BRAC USA, Rachael founded Catchafire.org, an innovative Web-based nonprofit which matches skilled volunteers to meaningful pro bono opportunities, helping nonprofits and social enterprises to leverage the goodwill of trained professionals.
